What changed, and when.
Everything that changes in Reprixo ends up here with its date: new features, improvements, and the things we got wrong and fixed. We list the fixes on purpose. A repricer decides your prices while nobody is watching, and what matters is not that it never breaks, but that when it does someone notices and says so.
Listings deleted on Amazon are now visible
If you delete a listing in Seller Central, Amazon stops listing it and Reprixo used not to notice: the product stayed in inventory and saving a price gave an obscure error. The sync now marks it "Removed from Amazon", takes it out of the repricer and the alerts, and Inventory has a dedicated filter with a delete button. Nothing is deleted on its own: if the listing comes back, so does the product.
The Buy Box price shows how much is shipping
The Buy Box price has always been the total, item plus shipping, because that is what Amazon awards it on. But Amazon shows "12.00 + 5.90 shipping", so the total looked wrong. The breakdown now appears next to the total.
A page that explains how the engine thinks
At reprixo.com/en/how-it-thinks you can read in what order Reprixo checks things before touching a price: the small steps up when the Buy Box is yours, the drop just large enough when you lose it, the guardrails on channel, delivery, ratings and net margin. With a real afternoon taken from the decision log.
Several prices edited, one publish
In Inventory you can open as many rows for editing as you like: a bar at the bottom counts the changed products and "Publish all" sends them to Amazon one after another, with a single summary of warnings. Enter saves the row, Esc closes it, and leaving the page with unpublished edits triggers a browser warning. The product page now lets you edit the published price too, not only minimum and maximum.
Editing the minimum showed a "network error"
When a limit actually changed on Amazon, the page showed an error even though the edit had gone through, and in Inventory the tick seemed to need two clicks. Fixed: the outcome shown is now the real one and, if something fails, the reason stays written on the row.
One user can work across several clients
Each client used to need its own separate account. Now you tick the clients to hand over and a selector appears in the header to switch between them. Handy if you manage several accounts on someone else's behalf.
Switching marketplace can no longer distort your costs
Moving an account to another marketplace left the costs you had entered at their bare number: €12.00 became 12.00 kronor, and the floor price dropped below your real cost. The switch is now blocked, with an explanation.
Reprixo speaks your marketplace currency
Selling on Amazon.se you see kronor, on Amazon.pl złoty, in the UK pounds, with the symbol where that country puts it. Before, everything was in euros, including for sellers who never see one.
The floor price can account for where you actually sell
If part of your orders go abroad, where shipping costs twice as much, a floor worked out on domestic shipping is too low. It can now use your real average shipping, order by order. It stays your choice: we do not change anyone's pricing policy unless they ask.
The reason behind every price change, in one line
Instead of a long sentence you now get ↑ 31.60 → 31.70 · BB ✓ · ≤ 31.90: from where to where, whether the Buy Box is yours, and which limit stopped the move. It reads the same in any language, takes half the room, and there is a key under the table.
Numbers and dates in the reader's own format
€ 2.000,50 in Italian, €2,000.50 in English, on every page. English dates spell the month out, because 07/09 means two different days depending on who is reading it.
A price rejected by Amazon is no longer saved
If Amazon refused the update, Reprixo saved it anyway: you saw a price Amazon did not have. Now we publish first and save afterwards, and if Amazon says no, nothing is written.
Strengthened isolation between accounts
Some operations could reach rows belonging to another account on the platform. Fixed, and verified with tests that recreate the situation from scratch.
Floor and ceiling now travel with the price
When the limits stored on Amazon were older than the ones in Reprixo, publishing was refused with no visible reason. They now go out together with the price, in the same request.
The panel is in English, with a language selector in the header
The whole seller journey (dashboard, inventory, rules, billing) is available in English. Your choice is remembered, and anyone arriving with an English browser lands in their own language.
Reprixo is listed on the Amazon Appstore
The application passed Amazon's review and is in the official listing. For anyone signing up it means one concrete thing: connecting your account goes through a flow Amazon recognises.
Foreign Buy Box readings rewritten
On marketplaces other than the home one the Buy Box was read incorrectly, so the engine was reacting to the wrong competitor. The reading was rewritten and checked marketplace by marketplace.
Thirty-day trial, no card
Signing up gives you a month with everything switched on, and no card is needed to start. At the end, if you do not decide, you stay on the free plan: your data stays where it is, only the limits change.
Shipping paid by the buyer now counts towards profit
On foreign orders you ship yourself, Reprixo assumed shipping revenue and shipping cost cancelled out, and dropped both: roughly €6,000 over ninety days never measured. It now reads from Amazon what the buyer actually paid.
Bulk price changes: preview first, undo after
Before applying a change to many products at once you see what happens row by row, and once applied there is a button to put it back.
Notifications can be marked one at a time
You could only mark everything as read: open an alert to deal with later and it was gone. Now you mark a single notification, both ways, without leaving the page.
Two-step verification at login
You can protect your login with a time-based code from your phone on top of the password. Anyone who gets into Reprixo can change prices, so it was worth having.
Full review of isolation between accounts
Every page was reviewed to confirm that each account only sees and touches its own data. The gaps found were closed, and the server was hardened in the same pass.
Technical jargon removed from the interface
The interface was written by whoever builds it, not by whoever uses it. The copy was rewritten in a seller's words: fewer acronyms, fewer internal names, more things you understand at first glance.
Four reports on the Inventory page
Filters that did not hold, columns sorting incorrectly, and a Buy Box figure telling a different story from the real one. All confirmed and fixed.
Inventory updates in ten minutes instead of six hours
A quantity changed on Amazon could take half a day to reach Reprixo. It now takes ten minutes, so pricing decisions run on fresh stock figures.
No more updates to Amazon that change nothing
42% of updates were sending Amazon the price it already had. Now, if nothing changes, nothing is written: zero identical updates across 1,447 changes in the following cycles.
Two faults in the Amazon connection
Coming back from Amazon, in some cases Reprixo lost track of which client you were connecting, and the authorisation was not saved. Fixed: that detail now travels with the authorisation itself, not in the browser session.
Amazon approved Reprixo as a public application
From here on a seller can connect their own account by themselves, authorising Reprixo the way they would any other application. No keys to request or hand over.
Product research: one item or a whole list
Single lookup and bulk lookup became one page with tabs, plus a panel that states plainly which figures come from Amazon and which are our own estimate.
Products losing the Buy Box are checked every four minutes
Every product waited for the same quarter-hour round. A fast lane now continuously checks the hundred items that are losing the Buy Box, without slowing the full round.
A threshold to stop the constant nudging
Each rule can ignore changes below an amount or a percentage you choose, so the price stops chasing a competitor over two cents.
The Buy Box that looked yours but was not
Amazon sometimes flags more than one offer as the Buy Box winner in the same reply. Reprixo trusted the first and said "Buy Box is yours" while a competitor was eighty cents cheaper. It now compares the prices before saying so.
Costs: you say whether they include VAT
On the Costs page you state whether you enter shipping and packaging with VAT or net. Reprixo strips it out on save, so your margin is not 22% wrong over a misunderstanding.
Tables are readable on a phone too
On narrow screens tables were cut in half. They now scroll sideways instead of being squeezed, and every page shares the same width.
Want to see it on your own catalogue? The first month has everything switched on, and you can start with a handful of products.
