Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Reprixo, a repricing and analytics service for professional sellers on Amazon marketplaces. By using Reprixo you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Service provider

Reprixo is a service operated under VAT 04896150614 (Italy). Contact: commerciale@reprixo.com. Details on data processing are in the Privacy Policy.

2. Requirements and eligibility

Reprixo is a service offered exclusively to businesses and professionals holding a VAT number, acting in the course of their trade or profession, and holding an active Amazon seller account in at least one supported marketplace. It is not offered to consumers. A valid VAT number is required to activate a paid plan. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide truthful information at registration.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Connection to your Amazon account

To operate, Reprixo connects to your seller account through the official Amazon authorization (Login with Amazon / SP-API). Authorization is granted upon your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time from Seller Central or by requesting disconnection. We access only your account data, following the least-privilege principle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Reprixo in compliance with the law and with Amazon policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Protection Policy. Using the service to circumvent Amazon rules, for unlawful activities, or to access data not belonging to you is prohibited.

6. Nature of the service and no guarantee of results

Reprixo is a tool that updates prices based on the rules and thresholds you set. Business decisions (minimum and maximum prices, rules) remain under your control and responsibility. We do not guarantee winning the Buy Box, any given sales volume, or specific economic results. The service depends on the availability and data of the Amazon SP-API, which may change or be interrupted independently of us.

7. Free trial and free plan

Anyone creating an account gets a 30-day trial with Pro plan features, up to 500 SKUs under repricing. No credit card is required: the trial does not turn itself into a paid subscription and there is nothing to cancel.

When the 30 days end, the account moves automatically to the permanent free plan (50 SKUs, 1 user) at no charge. Your data stays: the limits change, the content of the account does not.

The free plan carries a cap of EUR 2,000 in monthly sales on the connected Amazon account. Above that volume, access to the features stays suspended until you move to a paid plan: data is not deleted and becomes available again once access is restored.

8. Prices, payments and renewal

Paid plans carry a monthly fee in EUR. The limits and prices of each plan are shown on the website and may be updated; changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid.

The subscription renews automatically every month on the date it started, until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe: card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

Price changes are announced by email with at least 30 days' notice and take effect from the following renewal: you may cancel free of charge at any point before then.

If a payment fails, the charge is retried and we notify you by email. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, the account drops to the free plan rather than being closed: your data stays.

Invoices are available in your account area. The prices shown are exclusive of VAT. The supplier operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario): invoices are issued without VAT pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Law 190/2014, and the amount charged matches the price shown. Should the supplier's tax regime change, VAT will be applied under the law then in force on top of the prices shown, which remain unchanged; we will give the same notice as for price changes.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel freely, from your account area, at any time, with no notice and no penalty. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; after that the account drops to the free plan and your data stays. From that point the limits in section 7 apply, including the EUR 2,000 monthly sales cap: anyone above that volume will find access suspended until they take a plan again.

Refunds. A period already begun is not refunded. The reason is that no payment is taken before 30 days of free use of the service: anyone subscribing does so after having used Reprixo on their own catalogue, with their own costs and their own products.

We do, on request, refund the fee for the period concerned where the service was unavailable or unusable for a significant period through our fault. Requests go to commerciale@reprixo.com and refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Business-to-business contracts. As stated in section 2, Reprixo is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession: the contract is not concluded with a consumer and the right of withdrawal that applies to distance contracts with consumers does not apply. Should it emerge that a subscription was taken outside a trade or profession, we may terminate the contract and refund the unused portion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reprixo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, sales or data arising from the use or malfunction of the service, nor for price changes published in accordance with the rules set by the user. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

11. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service in case of breach of these Terms or of Amazon policies, or for technical and security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your account: the access tokens will be deleted.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be published on this page with the new revision date; continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the court of the place where the service is provided, without prejudice to the consumer's forum where required by mandatory rules.
